Which payment methods are available?

Currently you can pay with Bancontact / MisterCash, iDEAL, Paypal, Transfer and Credit Card. Soon you will also be able to pay with Bitcoin.

I have placed an order, when will my order be delivered?

In Belgium, ordered before 16:00, if nothing goes wrong you should have your order the next day at your doorstep. Living in The Netherlands? Please give it 2 - 3 days. Shipping to Germany or France usually wil take 3 - 4 days. If those delivery times are passed and you're still waiting on your order, please contact us.

Do I pay for shipping?

In Belgium, we offer free shipping. If you want your order to be delivered to The Netherlands, Germany or France we have to charge additional shipping costs.

    What are the conditions associated with returns?

    If you wish to return your order, this of course is not a problem at all. To register your product for return you have 15 days from the date you received the order. Then you have another 15 days to complete the return process.

    Can my order be delivered when I am not at home?

    Well, this depends on the size of your package. But in general, your package will fit in your mailbox so you don't need to be at home at the time of delivery. However, in some cases it can happen that the package can not be sent with the ordinary letter post. In that case, you have to pick up the package at the post office in your area.

    I want to return a product, how can I do that?
      • To return a product or multiple products, just download our return form.
      • Please fill in the return form correctly and return it with your product to us.(You can return it in the original enveloppe or shipping box). 
      • If you can't print the form, please write down the details on paper.
      • You can send the package to the address below:

      • You can simply drop your package in a letterbox on the side of the road or if the package is too large, you must return it by parcel post.
      • We will send you a confirmation e-mail when we received your package.

        IMPORTANT: Make sure that the return shipment have enough stamps or is sufficiently franked!
    I received my package but it is damaged, what can I do?

    We always do our best to ensure your package is taken care of, but we can not guarantee 100% that everything goes like it supposed to during transport. If this is the case for you, please contact us so we can handle it for you.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Placed the wrong order? Or added a wrong product to your order? This can happen, it's no problem! In order to fix this issue, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible. However, when we have already shipped your order, it's not possible anymore to cancel your order. Of course, you can always return the shipment within 30 days.

    Why do I not receive a paper version of my invoice

    Because we want to contribute to a better environment, we choose not to send paper invoices by default. You will always receive the invoice by e-mail.
